Through our partnership with ReadingStar Language Institute, we are developing an English reading comprehension assessment test and an English library solution. Based on AI-powered reading comprehension scores, we recommend English books. Through repeated reading of English books tailored to the appropriate level, we provide the most effective solution for improving English reading comprehension skills. As of 2024, more than 50 institutions, serving thousands of learners, are using it.
리딩스타 어학원과의 파트너십을 통해 영어 독해력 평가 시험과 영어 도서관 솔루션을 개발하고 있습니다. AI 기반 독해력 점수를 바탕으로 영어 도서를 추천하며, 적정 수준에 맞춘 영어 도서를 반복해서 읽도록 함으로써 영어 독해력 향상을 위한 가장 효과적인 솔루션을 제공합니다. 2024년 기준, 수천 명의 학습자를 대상으로 50개 이상의 기관에서 사용하고 있습니다.
Responsibilities 담당 업무
•
Develop service strategies, set roadmaps, and prioritize issues
서비스 전략 수립 및 로드맵 설정, 이슈 우선순위 설정
•
Establish and manage success metrics to achieve strategic goals
전략 달성을 위한 성공지표 설정 및 일정 관리
•
Define product requirements and collaborate with developers, designers, and others to implement them
제품 요구사항 정의, 개발자 및 디자이너 등과 협업하여 요구사항 구현
•
Write proposal documents and persuade team members to enhance the user experience of the service
서비스의 사용자 경험을 향상시키기 위한 제안 문서 작성 및 구성원 설득
•
Conduct AB tests and online/offline user studies
AB 테스트 및 온/오프라인 유저 스터디 진행
Requirements 자격 요건
•
Experience in leading projects/teams or planning (3+ years)
프로젝트/팀 리딩 또는 기획 경험 (3년 이상)
•
Experience in designing AB tests and improving products based on data
데이터 기반으로 AB 테스트를 설계하고 제품을 개선해본 경험을 보유한 분
•
Comfortable with basic English communication
기본적인 영어 소통에 거부감이 없으신 분
Preferred Qualifications 우대 사항
•
PO, 개발자, 디자이너 근무 경험
Experience working as a PO, developer, or designer
•
사용자 스터디를 직접 진행해 본 경험
Experience conducting user studies directly
•
AB 테스트 등을 통하여, 제품을 발전시킨 경험이 있으신 분
Experience improving products through AB testing or similar methods
